Why is the program 12-weeks long?
Prior to starting the 12-week program, we will work together to align on your goals and specific needs. Once aligned, we can tailor a program around your lifestyle and fitness goals and get super clear on what we can achieve in 12 weeks.
The 12-weeks gives a clear point in time to work towards which means, more motivation for weekly commitment and the extra push to achieve your goals!

Are the online workouts as effective as F2F?
Over the last two years I've trained clients with varying health and fitness goals who made major progress when completing an online challenge.
Some clients decided to invest in weights, and with other clients, we worked together to find everyday household items to use in replacement of weights. We may find ourselves having a little laugh prior to training when I ask you to bring a towel and 2 x UHT almond milks to our next session!

What are the benefits of 2 x workouts per week, compared to 1 x workout per week?
There are many benefits to completing the 12 week challenge and training twice a week.
We can accelerate the time it takes to achieve your fitness and health goals, as this allows for multiple training sessions and double the amount of 1:1 accountability coaching. During this time we speak more about your lifestyle habits that influence you achieving your goals.
We will also celebrate your success so far, and then look at areas in your life that we can optimise. This could include sleep, eating habits, brainstorming some healthy recipes, getting more sunlight, getting into nature, or anything that is influencing you achieving your goals.
