Hi, I'm Dean,

I am a personal trainer who really believes in the benefits of fitness and that self-defence is something shared with the community as early as possible.
​
From a face-to-face personal trainer with a martial arts background, I'm open to adapting my services to what I hear clients need and want, to ensure they keep moving forward, regardless of the changing environment.​
My days are diverse as I build programs and train clients to achieve varying goals such as:

And importantly, my services support clients in reducing stress, feeling connected, supporting mental wellbeing, building confidence in the world and building a balanced lifestyle.
My passion to improve my clients' life everyday is an incredible goal, and why I get up each morning.

In my free time...
On weekends you'll typically find me outside hiking, at the beach, snowboarding, skateboarding, camping - most importantly, getting into nature and getting fresh air!
