Step 1. 60min consultation call to understand your situation, needs and budget
Step ​2. I'll go away and develop the following items:
Research the best equipment
Develop a workout program for min x 2 weeks
Step 3. ~ 1 week later we'll have a 60min consultation to go through the equipment, purchase options and the program
note: it is up to you to make the final decision on equipment to purchase. I will give you options to choose from that align to your program
Investment
From $240 for the 3 steps
Additional options include:

Ongoing personal training sessions online $80 per 45min session or
n your new gym from $120 per 45mins (depending on your location)
